"We want you to know that it has been seven months since you built our home and WE LOVE IT. The effort and quality you put into our home will definitely last along time. This year we have been exposed to record level snow falls and rain in Wisconsin. We have been exposed to hight straight lined winds over 100 miles per hour at least three times. We're on top of a hill! I am happy to report there was no wind, snow or water damage. We cannot say the same thing for the houses in the surrounding area because they were affected by the weather severely. We just want you to know you built this house strong and complete.
Another area you shined was in the insulation of our home. In the winter we stayed warm and the summer was cool while keeping our energy bills low. Our old house was 1600 square feet and this home is 2400 square feet. We are enjoying 35% less in energy cost. That shows you didn't cut any corners of sacrifice and quality.
Your biggest asset is how you bring your people and other contractors together to get the job done. Everyone that worked on this house really enjoyed working with you. It made it enjoyable for everyone and they wanted to do a good job. It really shows. Of course, we don't have to tell you are a great person.
